Clean installs, tight seams, no shortcuts. From one room to a full house.
We install most types of residential flooring — whether you've already picked out your material or need help choosing. We do supply-and-install or install-only if you've sourced your own. Either way, the installation is our focus and we do it properly.
Subfloor prep is included in every job. We don't just lay flooring on top of problems.
We assess and prep the subfloor before laying anything. Uneven, squeaky, or damaged subfloors are addressed — not ignored.
Proper acclimation, careful cuts, and patient layout produce floors that look as good at the walls as they do in the middle of the room.
Old flooring, offcuts, and packaging leave with us. You get a finished floor, not a construction site.
We come out, measure the space, and check the subfloor condition. You'll get a clear quote that includes removal, prep, and installation.
If you haven't chosen a product yet, we'll recommend options in your budget. We supply material at fair pricing or we work with what you've bought.
We remove old flooring, address the subfloor as needed, and install your new floor according to manufacturer specs.
Baseboards and transitions go back in, the space is cleaned up, and we walk through the finished job together before we leave.
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) is the most popular choice for Calgary right now — it handles our temperature swings and humidity well, it's waterproof, durable, and looks great. Laminate is a solid budget-friendly option. For tile, bathrooms and laundry rooms are ideal. We'll help you pick what makes sense for your space.
Sometimes — it depends on what's there and what's going down. We assess on a case-by-case basis. Many installations actually benefit from a clean substrate, and we often recommend removing the old layer to avoid height issues and ensure proper adhesion or locking.
Either works. We can source material at fair pricing and include it in the estimate, or you can purchase your own and we'll install it. If you buy your own, make sure it's properly acclimated before install day — we'll remind you how long you need.
A typical room (200–300 sq ft) takes about a day including prep. A full main floor might take 2–3 days. Tile takes a bit longer due to drying time. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we estimate the job.
